Film: Making the AGM

Over a coffee in early January, we were presented with a film brief and project to assist in delivering an annual general meeting in a slightly different way. It made sense to tackle the film brief in manageable chunks, especially since the venue for the meeting was a sleek new cinema space. We’re always up for a good challenge, and this certainly would be that.

With a total of 14 short films, a month of filming, a long trip to Cheltenham, a day on the water taxi, various motion graphics, a commissioned animation, a Kevin McCloud, a light box, hilarious outtakes, willing volunteers (actors), ‘some’ borrowed footage, and voiceovers from a wide variety of freelance journalists, this project was no small feat. The films were played at the LeedsBID AGM as much as we had fun making them.
