Hot news. The first fruits of the Bundobust Brewery will be hitting their restaurants in Leeds, Liverpool, and Manchester Piccadilly from Thursday 24 June.

To drink Bundobust, you’ll have to come to Bundobust.

The beers released by the new brewery will be exclusively available at Bundobust restaurants. Bundobust Brewery will be launching the following beers :

CHAITRO. 5% Nitro Chai Porter. Smooth and creamy Porter with roast malts, a whack of our Bundobust chai massala, and fresh ginger. Chaitro steals the show with a theatrical cascading smooth pour – reminiscent of a certain Irish Dry Stout

PEELA. 4% Pale Ale. Easy drinking hazy Pale, brewed with Azacca and Ekuanot hops. Loads of tropical fruit flavour.

DHANIA PILSNER. 4.8% Coriander Lager. Clean and crisp Czech-style Pilsner with a hit of citrusy toasted coriander seeds.

As well as producing their own beers, Bundobust Brewery will be collaborating with the cream of UK brewery talent. Collaborations with Deya Brewing, North, and Northern Monk are forthcoming in the next two months with more to follow.

ABOUT BUNDOBUST BREWERY

Opening to the public in Summer 2021, Bundobust Brewery is located at The Cartway on the Oxford Road corridor, Manchester, and will operate as a brewtap and restaurant within a functioning brewery. Housed in a unique 100-year-old space within the iconic Grade II listed St James building, the brewery is a custom-built 10-hectolitre facility capable of producing 20,000 pints a month.

Bundobust Brewery has been in construction since November, 2019. The pandemic delayed the original plan but time granted by various lockdowns has afforded Bundobust space to perfect their first beer recipes. Previously head brewer at Holland’s internationally renowned Uiltje Brewery, Dan Hocking is head brewer at Bundobust and has been trialling secret test batches in the state of the art facility behind closed doors for the past 8 months.
